Selling TV episodes before they air (for free) could be the business model that will turn the entire broadcast world on its ear.
IPTV + VOD + time shifting = bliss.
In the ideal world you would simply get a show digitally via an IP network when it becomes available via any number of technologies, and then watch it at your leisure. That is what everyone is doing with TV episodes via the P2P networks. None of this DVR stuff. Why beam that signal to millions to record, when it can be transfered to just the ones that want it, in higher quality.
